A hot pot in the cold winter couldn’t be more cool. The pot has just arrived. A light hot pot is cooked and it tastes delicious with the thick soup.

Mushroom Hot Pot

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Wash all ingredients, cut shiitake mushrooms into patterns, slice ginger, and cut green onions into sections

3. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

4. Put in the thick soup treasure

5. Add water and boil until the thick soup melts

6. Add rice noodles

Tips:

The rice noodles can be replaced with vermicelli, so soak them in advance
