Mushroom Lean Pork Congee

Prepare the ingredients you need: lean meat, carrots (diced), green onions, sliced obliquely, dried mushrooms (soak in hot water, and cut into 4), wash the rice and set aside

Put the oil in the hot pan and sauté the scallions in the pan, then add the mushrooms and fry until fragrant, and finally put the lean meat and fry until the color

After the lean meat changes color, put in the washed rice

Add the right amount of water to about 3 large bowls of water (you can decide how much water to put in according to personal preference to eat a little thinner or dry a little)

Tips:
When cooking porridge, if you don’t hate ginger, you can cut some ginger and it tastes good.
