Mushroom Meat Sauce

Add 1 tablespoon of the pork filling and marinate for 10 minutes, then cut the ginger and garlic into strips

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and chop them
3.
In a hot pan, fry the ginger and garlic, then add the pork filling

Add crushed shiitake mushrooms, add soy sauce, white sugar, stir fry
5.
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
Tips:
Don’t add water, no need to add salt. If you like spicy, you can use hot sauce instead
