Mushroom Meat Sauce

Wash dried shiitake mushrooms twice to wash away impurities, silt, etc.;

Soak the shiitake mushrooms with water; do not pour the shiitake water after soaking, as it will be used for cooking; then dice the shiitake mushrooms;

Wash the pork and dice; add some salt and dry starch to the pork, and stir well;

After a few minutes, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pork, and grab it again;

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot to heat; add dried chilies and stir fragrant pepper;

Add the diced pork and stir-fry until the color turns white;

Add rock sugar, stir fry until the rock sugar melts;

Pour in the light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly with the braised soy sauce, then pour in an appropriate amount of shiitake mushroom water, over the ingredients;

Put the shiitake mushrooms in, turn to medium and low heat on high heat; when the ingredients are cooked, collect the juice on high heat;
10.
Taste the saltiness, add in the right amount of salt; turn off the heat and start the pot!
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. The shiitake mushrooms need to be cleaned and then soaked; do not pour the mushroom water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms, it will be used for cooking;
