Mushroom Meatball Egg Drop Soup

Prepare the right amount of mushrooms and pork balls.

Pick the mushrooms and wash them for later use, and cut the pork balls (you don't need to cut them, according to your preference). Also prepare a few star anise.

Turn on the fire and wait until the oil is hot, add star anise and sauté, then add a spoonful of soy sauce and sauté, then add an appropriate amount of water.

Then add the mushrooms and pork balls, boil for about 5 minutes, and the mushrooms will be cooked.
