Mushroom Noodles
1.
The ingredients are ready; tear off the broccoli, blanch until it is broken and remove it for later use, shred carrots, mince garlic, and cut crab mushrooms into your favorite size
2.
Boil water in the pot, put the noodles down and cook. While cooking, move them with chopsticks to avoid sticking. After cooking, remove and soak in cold boiling water for a while, and let it cool completely.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, saute garlic, add crab mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat, add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, cook for aroma, set aside
4.
Remove the soaked noodles to dry, add a teaspoon of sesame oil, pick out, then add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and a small amount of sugar
5.
Pour in the sesame sauce, mix well, and finally put on the crab mushrooms, broccoli, and carrot shreds.
Tips:
The noodles must be soaked in cold boiled water to cool thoroughly. It is easy to have diarrhea when it is warm and not too hot.
