Mushroom Pizza
1.
Heat up the pot, add olive oil, add peas, onions, mushrooms, diced cucumber, black pepper, a little salt and stir well, then turn off the heat
2.
Combine the flour and yeast powder into a softer dough in the evening in advance, and knead it evenly and flatten it if you take it out in the morning
3.
Wash and dry the learn-to-cook pizza tray, roll out the dough and spread it on the pizza tray, prick it with a fork to prevent the dough from bulging, put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
4.
Put ketchup on the pizza. You can put more ketchup. My kids like to eat ketchup, so I put more ketchup.
5.
Spread the fried vegetables evenly, put on the mozzarella cheese, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
6.
The baked pizza, take it out, cut into pieces, and serve with a glass of milk. It is a very good breakfast.
Tips:
1. Stir-fry the vegetables. One is for the taste, and the other is to maliciously remove the excess water in the vegetables. The pizza tastes better.
2. I usually use yeast to ferment the dough. I rarely add sugar, fat or other things. The pizza is as noisy and delicious as it is, and it is healthier.
