Mushroom Potato Powder

We soak potato flour from the supermarket in clean water.

Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms.

Put some pork suet in the pot and fry the mushrooms until soft

Pour the tomatoes and continue to stir fry. Add the water with the ingredients.

Add the shallots and bring to a boil over high heat,

The water opens up into the potato flour. Cook for ten minutes on medium heat.
7.
Add salt and chicken bouillon, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve.
