Mushroom Pumpkin Cup

Use a brush to clean the pumpkin skin. Put the whole pumpkin in the pot and steam for about 15 minutes. The chopsticks can be easily inserted.

After the pumpkin has cooled slightly, use a knife to cut the top cover of the pumpkin, and dig out the seeds and meat separately

Put the pumpkin seeds into the wall breaker, add a small amount of water, and beat into a smooth slurry for later use

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin strips

Pour oil into the wok, stir-fry the mushrooms for a while, add the seasonings, and stir well, then pour the pumpkin puree and cook until slightly juiced and turn off the heat.

Put it into the pumpkin shell and add some white sesame seeds to complete it. (Pumpkin shells must be eaten, so that the skin and seeds are all ingested, and eating whole foods can get the most nutrients.)
