Mushroom Rape

Prepare the required ingredients.

Cut the rapeseed into two halves from the middle, slice the shiitake mushrooms, peel and dice the carrots, pat the garlic, and chop.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt to the water, add the cut rapeseed to blanch after the water is boiled.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok and sauté the garlic.

Add shiitake mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry until the skin of shiitake mushrooms is wrinkled. Add a small bowl of water, salt, and two drops of soy sauce. Simmer for about three minutes.

When there is still a little soup in the pot, pour in the blanched rapeseed, mix well quickly, and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The time for blanching rapeseed should be short, about 30 seconds. Long time will make it unsightly.
