Mushroom Rape
1.
Wash the small rapeseed that you bought, and clean the shiitake mushrooms after cutting them. (Try to pick some small rapeseed of the same size, as do shiitake mushrooms. The small rapeseed I bought today is a bit too big. There is no way. There is no small one. I suggest buying a slightly smaller one.
2.
Boil a pot of boiling water.
3.
Put the rapeseed in it and cook it. . Remove and set aside.
4.
Put the blanched rapeseed water into the blanched mushrooms and remove them for later use. (Don’t over-blanch the mushrooms, otherwise the shape will disappear. I just went to cut the side dishes today, and it turned out to be a bit too hot, and the shape is not so good.)
5.
Side dishes to be used.
6.
We cut all of them, and cut the millet pepper into chili rings. Cut the scallions into froth, smash the garlic cloves and cut into froth, prepare a bowl of water starch. Cut the chives, chopped green onions, and sprinkle them on top of the vegetables after a while.
7.
Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 50% heat.
8.
Add the scallion, garlic, and millet pepper to sauté slowly.
9.
Then add some oyster sauce. .
10.
Pour the adjusted water and lake water, and it will be OK if the juice is insufficient. Turn off the heat while it is still hot, and add the right salt and fresh vegetables.
11.
Sprinkle the cooked drunk juice evenly on top of the mushrooms and rapeseed on the plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's OK. . . Finished picture. .

Tips:
(1: Try to pick some small rapeseed with the same size as much as possible, so are shiitake mushrooms. The small rapeseed I bought today is a bit too big. There is no way. There is no small one. I suggest buying a slightly smaller one, which is so tasty...)
(2: Don’t overheat the shiitake mushrooms, otherwise the shape is gone. I just went to cut the side dishes today, but it was a bit too hot, and the shape is not so good.)
