Mushroom Rape

Wash the mushrooms (you can put a suitable amount of flour to wash), put water in the pot, put in the washed mushrooms on high heat, boil the water for 1 minute, remove the mushrooms and cool with cold water.

Wash the rapeseed (when cooking shiitake mushrooms) and cut into small pieces.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thick shreds, and cut the rapeseed into small sections.

Put oil in the frying spoon and heat for about 10 seconds.

Add shiitake mushrooms and rapeseed and stir fry.

Mix the starch with water and add a little soy sauce, pour it into the pot, add a little salt, and stir-fry quickly.
