Mushroom, Rape, Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients, blanch the shiitake mushrooms and slice them; wash the rapeseed without cutting it for later use; cut a piece of tofu, scallion, and ginger into shreds.

After the oil is hot, add green onions and ginger to fragrant, then add shiitake mushrooms.

Add an appropriate amount of broth. When the soup is boiling, add the cut tofu, add salt, and after the water is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Thousand stewed tofu, Wan stewed fish. Tofu is more delicious when it is stewed,
