Mushroom Shrimp Baked Rice

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Defrost and wash the Arctic shrimp.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green onion until fragrant.

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the arctic shrimp.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Add the Arctic shrimp to pick out, add the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are distinct.

Add soy sauce, salt and black pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Put the fried rice in a baking bowl and flatten it.

Put in the Arctic shrimp.

Sprinkle evenly with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the middle of the baking bowl and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
