Mushroom Shrimp Soup

First prepare all the ingredients.

Remove the sea prawns from the shrimp thread and wash them.

Put the washed sea prawns in a plate, pour in cooking wine and marinate for a while.

Remove the roots and wash the mushrooms, cut them into pieces with a knife, cut the leeks into sections, and chop the green onion and ginger for later use.

After the pot is heated, add half of the ginger and then the marinated sea prawns.

Slowly fry on low heat until red, then fry the sea prawns to get the red oil and serve.

Saute the scallions and ginger with the oil of the fried shrimp, then add the mushrooms.
