Mushroom Soup

Tricholoma is cleaned.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, and chopped green onions.

Wash and chop coriander.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add the mushroom slices and stir fry for a while.
6.
Add a little bit of very fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.
8.
After boiling, add egg liquid and stir well.
9.
After the egg is cooked, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
Just add a little bit when making soy sauce, the soup will be darker if you add too much.
