Tricholoma, also known as white mushroom, white mushroom, contains 8 kinds of amino acids necessary for human body, as well as multiple vitamins, niacin, ascorbic acid and so on. Tricholoma is a low-fat food, and the fat content of general varieties is only 4.4% of dry weight. Among all edible fungi, it has a particularly strong ability to aggregate mineral elements. According to experimental analysis, the general varieties of Tricholoma contain more than 10 kinds of mineral elements, especially the content of calcium, magnesium, zinc and trace elements selenium and germanium which are closely related to the human body, second only to the medicinal fungus Ganoderma lucidum, and higher than the general edible fungus. Several times or even dozens of times higher.

Mushroom Soup

1. Tricholoma is cleaned.

2. Cut the mushrooms into slices, and chopped green onions.

3. Wash and chop coriander.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add the mushroom slices and stir fry for a while.

6. Add a little bit of very fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

7. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

8. After boiling, add egg liquid and stir well.

9. After the egg is cooked, add salt and mix thoroughly.

Tips:

Just add a little bit when making soy sauce, the soup will be darker if you add too much.
