Mushroom Soup

1. Tricholoma cleaned

2. Tricholoma cut into slices

3. Chopped green onion

4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant

5. Add the mushrooms and stir fry

6. Add a little bit of very fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly

7. Add water and simmer

8. Wash and chop coriander

9. Beaten eggs

10. After the water is boiled, add the egg mixture and cook

11. Finally add salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped coriander

Tips:

Sprinkle a little salt in the water when cleaning the mushrooms to make it cleaner.
