Mushroom Stir-fry

Five kinds of mushrooms, enoki mushroom, eryngii mushroom, white jade mushroom, shiitake mushroom, tricholoma, one green pepper, one ginger, and half an onion.

Clean all kinds of mushrooms first.

Tear into small pieces or strips.
