Mushroom Stuffed Meat

Prepare minced meat, the five-flowered one is better, and mix well with salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and thirteen spices.

Wash the evenly-sized shiitake mushrooms and remove the roots. Choose a smaller shiitake mushroom to make it more delicious.
