Mushroom Stuffed Meat

Mince ginger, and finely diced green onions and carrots.

Put minced meat, ginger, green onions, and carrots in a container.

Some salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stalks.
