Mushroom Stuffed Meat

Prepare the mashed meat and other ingredients to be added (I made the simplest scallion mince)

Chop the green onion and ginger and put it in the meat; wash the mushrooms

Put soy sauce, salt, pepper noodles, pepper noodles, sesame oil, sesame oil and other condiments for the meat filling, stir well; remove the roots of the shiitake mushrooms, as shown in the picture.

Use a small spoon to wipe the stir-fried meat into the shiitake mushroom cup one by one; then put it on a plate and steam it on a bamboo basket.

This is the effect of steaming (the juice is formed naturally, don't pour it out, keep it for use)

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce and water starch (I didn't put the pepper in the later stage in the picture)

Heat the oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper to fragrant; add salt and oyster sauce, and pour in the soup from the steamed mushrooms. Water opens the water starch to thicken, add pepper and sesame oil.
8.
Pour the prepared juice onto the steamed shiitake mushrooms.
Tips:
This mushroom stuffed meat can also be fried in another way. Later, upload another recipe---mellow tofu. Both methods can be used.
