Mushroom Vegetable Buns

Prepared ingredients.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms with water.

Add 250 grams of water and yeast to the flour.

Knead it into a smooth dough and make it well.

Wash the vegetables and break them with the cooking machine. (Use a knife to chop if you don't have one)

The chopped greens are squeezed out of water.

Chop shiitake mushrooms and chop ginger into froth.

Add shiitake mushrooms, ginger, fresh spicy powder, oil, a little sugar, and salt to the vegetables.

Stir well.

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Boil the water and steam for ten minutes, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. Steamed buns are stuffed with gauze or corn husks, or brushed with oil on the steamer.
2. Don't open the lid in a hurry after the steamed buns are steamed on high fire, otherwise the steamed buns will "collapse"
