Soak the mushrooms, blanch, slice, pick and wash the greens, and shred the green onions.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chopped green onions.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry to create a fragrance

Add the greens and stir fry evenly.

Season with salt and oyster sauce and bring out.
