Mushrooms and Vegetables

Wash the greens and shiitake mushrooms. For greens, I use the small part of the heart and sliced shiitake mushrooms.

Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry, add sweet oil, vinegar, and then add green vegetables to continue stir-fry. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and black pepper.

Finally, take out the pot and serve on the plate.
