Mushu Meat

Main ingredients: eggs, soaked fungus and day lily, pork, cucumber

Soak the fungus and day lily in advance, remove the old roots, beat the eggs, cut the cucumber into diamond-shaped slices, cut some green onions and ginger for later use

Slice pork, add a little pepper, salt, cooking wine, starch, and pickle for a few minutes

Or prepare a bowl of sauce in advance: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, a little salt, 1/3 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon starch, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly to form a sauce
