Mushu Tenderloin

Ingredients: Tenderloin (washed and sliced), black fungus (soaked and washed), cucumber (washed), carrot (washed and peeled), egg (smashed into a bowl)

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Add the right amount of cooking wine to the tenderloin.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of dry starch.

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the cucumber and carrot on the chopping board and cut them into slices.

Put the cut carrots and black fungus into a pot of water, blanch for 1-2 minutes, and then remove them.
