Mussels and Vermicelli Soup

Ingredients: pickled vegetables (washed), vermicelli, mussels (blanched)

Peel the blanched mussels and take the meat, set aside.

Put the washed pickled vegetables on the cutting board and cut them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, join the fans.

Add some blanched mussels in the broth and bring to a boil.

Then, combine the peeled mussels and flip them.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
