Mustard Beef Noodle

Pickled mustard is made by my mother herself. If you don’t have one at home, you can buy it in supermarket bags.

Sliced green onion, beef slices, mustard slices

Heat the oil in a pot and fry.

Stir-fry and set aside for later use

Cut green and red pepper into circles, mince green onion, mince garlic, put in a bowl, add chicken essence and soy sauce!

Boil water in a pot and boil below!

Add a tablespoon of noodle soup in the seasoning bowl and set aside!

Remove the noodles and put them in a bowl!

Cover with fried mustard beef! That's it!

Eat noodles! I drank all the soup, the chili is not spicy! It is a long fresh chili.
