Mustard Fish Soup

Wash the sea fish, wipe off the water, and fry in a frying pan.

Fry on one side until golden brown, turn over the other side and continue to fry, while adding ginger shreds.

Then add a large bowl of water to boil.

When the soup is cooked until milky white, add the miso soup cubes and continue cooking.

After the soup is boiled, put the sliced mustard greens into high heat.

After the mustard greens are boiled, add a little salt, pepper and chopped green onion to turn off the heat.
