Mustard Fungus

Fungus, soak hair in advance, wash, eat alone, use half of it. In other words, one small piece can eat two meals

Put the fungus in the pot, add water, heat and cook

While cooking the fungus, let’s adjust the juice: find a small dish and squeeze the mustard in it (a heart is drawn today)

Pour light soy sauce on the plate and mix well.

After the fungus is cooked, remove it with a strainer (zhào li), put it in cold water to remove the cool; control the moisture, and put it in a bowl you like

For today’s dinner, I also served cold noodles with sesame sauce. The noodles were boiled in the water of boiled fungus for a full day~~~PS. The fungus with sesame sauce is also very delicious.

The amount of mustard depends on your own situation. Don't let it go before it is enough to force yourself.
