Mustard Green in Soup

Wash mustard greens and cut into pieces

Salted egg is steamed and cut into pieces, preserved egg is cut into pieces, and garlic is sliced.

Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic slices until fragrant, add mustard greens and stir fry.

When the mustard greens turn color, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry a few times, add water to cover the mustard greens, add preserved eggs and salted eggs, and cook for 10 minutes.
5.
Add chicken powder and season with salt.
