Wash the fresh mustard greens, dry them, and simply pickle them. Add soybeans and old oil when you eat them. It is a refreshing and delicious porridge pickle. Our family will pickle a large bundle every fall, and we can eat it all winter. The specific method is even simpler, and the pros you like can do it accordingly.
