Mutton Soup

Prepare lamb ribs

Rinse and cut into small pieces

Put water in the pot, and when the water is hot, add the mutton to blanch water

Cook until the lamb floats

Pour out the water used to cook the lamb and rinse the lamb ribs with clean water

Put enough water in the pot, put the pot on high heat, and start to cook

Prepare chopped green onion and chopped coriander

Tips:
The lamb needs to be blanched first, and there is no need to put any seasoning when cooking the lamb.
