Mutton Soup

Stir-fry the meat and drained water, add salt to remove fishy and marinate for 30 minutes

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections

Add lamb chops after the water is boiled, cook for 10 to 15 minutes, then add lamb
4.
After another 20 minutes, turn to medium heat, simmer for 100 minutes, add white radish for the last 15 minutes, add salt, green onion, and coriander before starting the pot (according to personal preference)
Tips:
You don’t need to put too much salt in the cauldron. Those with heavy taste can put proper amount of salt in their soup bowl.
