Tips:
1. The pizza dough I use is mainly whole-wheat flour, so whole-wheat flour and rich flour (dumpling flour, or all-purpose flour) are in a ratio of 2:1, and an appropriate amount of salt, sugar and butter are added to the dough; It can also be made directly with medium-gluten flour or high-gluten flour. Add cheese powder and milk or water to make noodles, everyone is free;
2. As the main ingredients of the pizza, I used shrimp and crab sticks. The shrimps should be cleaned and marinated in advance. The vegetables are red and yellow peppers and onions. I also added some salt to taste; these are easy to cook. Dishes, if the dishes on the top are not easy to cook, they should be fried in advance or blanched for pre-cooking;
3. If you poke the dough with your fingers and there is no rebound, it means that it is ready. Put it on the chopping board and knead it, arrange it into a ball, and leave it on for fifteen minutes, roll it into a round cake, and put it on a greased pizza pan. in;
4. Use a fork to make small holes at the bottom of the tortilla to prevent it from bulging during the baking process; apply a layer of tomato sauce, then stack vegetables and shrimp in sequence, and finally spread mozzarella cheese on the surface;
5. Put the prepared pizza in the preheated 180 degree oven, and bake the lower and middle layer for 20 minutes until the surface cheese melts; take it out and sprinkle the katsuobushi on the top, put it in and continue to bake for a quarter of an hour until the surface is golden ;
6. This time I made a whole-wheat cracker base, which is also thicker, so it takes longer to bake. The baking time needs to be adjusted accordingly with your own oven temperature and the thickness of the cake.
