My Heart is Made of Glass-----glass Heart Biscuits
1.
Butter room cut into small pieces to soften.
2.
Add sugar and salt and shovel to mix.
3.
Whisk evenly at low speed, without whisking. It is recommended to use a normal manual whisk.
4.
Add the egg mixture and beat well.
5.
Add the low powder in 3 times, shovel and mix evenly.
6.
Knead into a smooth dough.
7.
Crush the fruit candy, don't need to be too crushed, just use two halves according to the size of the biscuit.
8.
Roll the dough into a dough.
9.
The mold buckles out the shape.
10.
A smaller round shape is buckled in the center, and I used the piping adapter.
11.
Knead the leftovers again, roll out the button shape, and arrange them into the baking tray. Put fruit candy in the center hole.
12.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Note that you must put baking paper, directly on the baking tray, it will stick.
Tips:
The biscuits made by this formula are crisp and slightly hard, mainly to match the taste of fruit candies. If you want to make them crispy, you need to increase the amount of butter.
