My Sticky Rice Egg
1.
Cut carrots, mushrooms, sausages, and pork belly into cubes.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of meat oil, salt, and ginger in a pan, add diced pork belly and stir fry.
3.
Put the diced vegetables in the pot and stir fry together with appropriate amount of soy sauce, chicken essence and diced meat. After stir-frying, add the glutinous rice soaked and drained overnight, and stir well.
4.
Wash the eggs, knock one end out of the hole with a tool, drain the egg white, and leave the yolk.
5.
Fill the egg with the well-stirred stuffing, and it's ninety minutes full.
6.
Wipe the filled eggs clean and wrap them in plastic wrap. (There is no tinfoil at home, so use plastic wrap instead.) Put the wrapped eggs on the steaming rack, and steam them in cold water.
7.
My eggs have been steamed for more than half an hour. You can control the time freely when you try it. Just steam the glutinous rice.
Tips:
You need more meat oil, otherwise the glutinous rice will be drier.
