7.
Cut two cuts on the upper and lower sides of the dough, don’t cut it
8.
Start stacking the dough sheet on the right side, stack it up and down to the middle, then stack the dough sheet in the second row, and then stack it up and down to the middle, and so on.
9.
Finally fold the dough sheet, roll it out again with a rolling pin, roll it out to a larger size, roll it out thinner, and leave it to ferment at room temperature
10.
Now the weather is hot, about 10 minutes, the cake will be fermented. After the non-stick pan heats up, pour some oil into the pan, put the cake blank, cover the pan, and fry over a medium-to-small fire.
11.
After the bottom is shaped, turn it over and burn the other side, both sides are golden brown, and you can get out of the pot.
12.
Delicious pie
13.
Look at each layer is very good, the taste is soft
Tips:
If you don’t have naked oat noodles, you can use other whole grains instead, or you can use flour. Before baking in the pot, be sure to wake up for a while, so that the cakes on each layer are soft and have a sense of layering.
