Nectar Noodles Fish with Syrup
1.
Prepare materials. Chopped water vegetables. Wash celery and cut into small pieces. Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces
2.
Noodles mixed with corn starch
3.
Stir with water to make a thin paste
4.
Add a little water to the pot, after it is boiled, turn to medium and low heat
5.
Pour the batter while stirring
6.
Stir until it becomes a thick paste
7.
Pour cold boiled water into the basin, spoon the batter into the slippery net, stir with the spoon, and the fish will slide into the water along the net. (I use a rice cooker steamer)
8.
The same goes for corn flour. (You have to keep stirring to get muscles)
9.
Heat up a frying pan, add the leeks, salt and soy sauce and fry them until they are cooked, then set them aside for later use
10.
Pour proper amount of oil into the pot, add the pepper and dried chili, and stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance
11.
Add celery and stir well
12.
Pour the water vegetable and add the right amount of water. Bring to a boil, add salt, chicken powder, and white pepper to taste. Turn off the fire
13.
Put the noodles and cornmeal fish in the bowl, scoop in the water vegetables, and sprinkle with chives. Drizzle in the oily pepper
Tips:
1. There will be water vegetables sold in the northwestern vegetable market.
2. With the addition of corn starch, the fish will look a little transparent.
3. Leek and oily pepper cannot be less.
