Never Tire of Eating---home-cooked Tofu

1 piece of tofu, 1 colored pepper, green onions, ginger, coriander to taste

Cut tofu and colored pepper into triangle pieces, cut green onion, ginger, and coriander for later use

Pour the oil in the wok and fry the tofu cubes when the oil is 50% hot

Fry until golden on both sides

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the chives and ginger, then add the colored peppers and stir fry

Stir fry until the bell peppers are soft
