New Orleans Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings with a knife and cut two cuts on the outer surface (a bag of chicken wings has eleven)

Put the New Orleans seasoning into a bowl, 40g, add some water (probably you can stir the seasoning, just slightly thinner)

Dip the cut chicken wings one by one with the adjusted New Orleans chicken wings and massage them to make the seasoning fully flavorful. Put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Take out more and massage during the cold storage period to make the seasoning more flavorful.

Spread the marinated chicken wings flat on tin foil, put them in the oven, and bake them at 220 for 20 minutes on the front side (use chopsticks to move the chicken wings when they bake for about 10 minutes, so as not to stick to the foil paper), 220 on the back Temperature for 10 minutes.
