New Orleans Grilled Wings

Wash the whole chicken wings to control the moisture and pierce the holes with a toothpick.

Mix the New Orleans marinade with 35 grams of water, mix thoroughly, add the chicken wings, mix with chopsticks so that each chicken wing can stick to the marinade fully soaked, then seal it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator overnight to make it tasteful.

Spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray, brush with a thin layer of oil, put on the chicken wings and brush with a layer of marinade. After the oven is preheated, put the baking tray in the oven and heat up and down at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, and take it in the middle. Turn the dough out once, brush with honey water and continue to bake in the oven.
