Today, there is a vegetarian pizza. MM who wants to lose weight will see it. . . I used very little cheese for this pizza, added yam and mushrooms, and used eggs to coagulate all the fillings, so it won’t be loose and more healthy and nutritious. The important thing is that I used cook100 barbecue powder as a seasoning instead of pizza sauce. The taste is amazing. Everyone can try. . . "

New Orleans Vegetable and Egg Pizza

1. Mix flour, salt and sugar, add yeast water, knead into a dough, add olive oil and continue to knead until the dough is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 2 hours.

2. Roll out the fermented dough into slices. Spread a small amount of oil on the baking tray. Then put the dough in the baking pan. Punch some small holes in the dough with a fork.饧 to 20 minutes.

3. Peel the cooked yam and cut into small pieces.

4. Sprinkle with cook100 barbecue powder and stir well.

5. Beat the eggs and set aside.

6. Cut the colored peppers into small dices.

7. Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into slices for later use.

8. Put butter in the pan, and fry the mushroom slices slightly to remove moisture.

9. Cut the cheese into slices and place it around the dough, and sprinkle with some roasted meat powder and pizza straw.

10. Arrange all the fillings evenly in the cheese circle.

11. Sprinkle the egg liquid lightly on the filling.

12. Put it in a 200 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Tips:

Choose fruits and vegetables with less moisture to avoid soup. It's best to use a darker pizza pan, I use a square cake mold.
