[new Products of The Day] Crispy Eggplant Box
1.
Cut the eggplant into one eggplant box (don’t cut the first cut, only cut the second cut)

Add pork diced ginger + minced garlic + shallot diced + cooking wine + salt + five-spice powder and stir well

Beat an egg

Pour in a small amount of flour, mix well, set aside for later use

Put the eggplant box in the microwave for two minutes
6.
Put the mixed meat on the eggplant box
7.
Put a small amount of flour on a plate and dip the mashed eggplant in a circle of flour
8.
Put it in the egg roux

Then put it in a frying pan and fry (fried on medium heat)
10.
Fry until golden on both sides

Use kitchen paper to soak up the grease in the fried egg box

Served with a dish of hoisin sauce, dipped and eaten, it tastes delicious
