Tips:
The bottom of the enoki mushroom can absorb the juice, which is crisp and delicious.
Monosodium glutamate and chicken essence are added when thickening, or they can be added to thickening water.
Add butter to fry the potatoes to increase the flavor. Frying and then roasting will greatly enhance the taste of the potatoes. If you don't like crispy potatoes, add double the water and braise for a while.
