Nice and Delicious Rose Fried Dumplings
1.
Add diced carrots, corn kernels and an egg to the lamb stuffing, then add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and pepper sesame oil, stir well and set aside.
2.
Arrange four dumpling wrappers in a row and add fillings in the middle. Do not add more or less. If they are too thick, they will affect the taste, and if they are too thick, they will break easily.
3.
Fold the dumpling wrapper in half, and then roll it up from one side to the other. After rolling, glue the tail with a little meat to prevent it from falling apart.
4.
Turn on the Fagor multi-function cooking pot, select the DIY mode, add an appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan, and fry the dumplings in the pot for a while. Add water, cover the lid and simmer, wait until the water is boiled dry and the dumplings are cooked through. Open the lid and fry for half a minute and sprinkle with a little black sesame seeds to get out of the pan.
Tips:
The minced meat is more delicious when it is stirred to the top, and it is best to add water to simmer for about 4 minutes. It is best to use a non-stick pan to make this fried dumpling. The Fagor multi-function cooking pan I use is very non-sticky, otherwise the fried dumplings will not form.
