Nicholas salad is not as high as Caesar salad, but the taste is top. It is also an authentic Western-style salad, the production process is more complicated, and the taste is more profound.

Nicus Salad

1. Add a small amount of salt water and boil the potatoes for 20-30 minutes until cooked, then cool and cut into small pieces

2. Cook the cowpea with the head and tail removed (can be done at the same time as the first step)

3. Wash lettuce, olives, cucumbers, onions and sweet peppers, chop them, and cut into cubes or strips

4. Pat the garlic until finely chopped, and chop an anchovy steak. Add vinegar, lemon juice (you can squeeze the juice from fresh lemon), Dijon mustard sauce, sugar salt and pepper, mix well, stir and slowly pour in 100ml olive oil, this is the mixed sauce

5. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 6-7 minutes until about 7 minutes cooked

6. In a hot pot with vegetable oil, fry potatoes, sweet peppers and olives for about 2 minutes. Add soy beans and continue to fry. Season with salt and pepper. After frying, place them in a large bowl with cucumber, lettuce and chopped onions

7. Fry the fish fillets in a hot pot with vegetable oil until both sides are crispy, then add salt to taste, and add a clove of garlic to the pot with rosemary. Continue to fry for 2-3 minutes until the fish steak is cooked

8. Mix the sauce and vegetables and serve on the plate

9. Arrange the fried fish on the surface of the vegetables, cut the eggs and put them on, serve and enjoy slowly

Tips:

In fact, the choice of fish steak does not need to be too strict, as long as it is a piece of boneless fish, it can be used to match, if you like to use sliced meat.
