Nine-made Dried Tangerine Peel Ribs

Cut the ribs one by one and wash.

Prepare garlic, ginger slices, celery segments and nine-made tangerine peels.

Blanch the ribs to remove blood.

Heat oil in a pot, add garlic, ginger slices and dried chilies and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

Add the ribs and stir fry.

Stir fry until the ribs are oily, add a spoonful of white vinegar and a spoonful of cooking wine to dry.

Add appropriate amount of tangerine peel and water, cover and cook.

Boil until half of the water is left, add a spoonful of salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and continue to collect the juice.

When the juice is fast-drying, add celery segments and stir-fry evenly before serving.
