When the tripe is cooked, put mountain pepper oil, coriander and green onions. Be careful not to cook the tripe for too long.

Tips:
Because there is no beef blood and I don't like to use chili powder, it is different from the authentic Xinhua Sanhe Soup. You can use pork blood and chopped pepper instead.
