Nono's Secret Garlic Pork Ribs

Mash more garlic into garlic paste

I put the ribs in hot water

Marinate with mashed garlic, salt, fresh chicken juice, soy sauce, ginger slices, basically marinate for about 2 hours

When the marinating time is up, put the star anise, cinnamon, and the marinating base into the rice cooker. Don’t pour in the marinade, and put less water. Then power on and press the switch. Check it out from time to time. If the water dries, add water until the ribs are "exposed" and the bones come out. If you feel the bones and flesh are separated, you can start the pot.
